Drop Ins

We run Drop-Ins each week that offer a welcome to anybody who has, or is recovering from, mental illness or distress.

Many, but not all, of our volunteers who staff the Drop-Ins have personal experience of mental health problems - either their own or those of a loved one.

At our Drop-Ins you can expect:-

	to come and go as you please
	people who will listen when you want to talk
	a place that will accept you as you are
	clear and respectful guidelines
	real opportunities to have a say in the running of the organisation
